My sponsorship pipeline lives in four Google Sheets and three inboxes. You probably have your own version of this.

Deals in one sheet. Contacts in another. Tasks nowhere. No single place to actually manage any of it.

So I rebuilt the whole thing as a proper CRM using Softr's AI co-builder. Two minutes.

But that's not the impressive part.

I told it I'm a YouTuber managing a sales pipeline across three mailboxes. It asked clarifying questions: pipeline stages, how users should sign in, navigation layout, colour scheme. I clicked options instead of typing.

Then it built the whole thing. Database, dummy data, multiple user roles, ready to preview.

Here's where it gets interesting. I clicked "preview as assistant" and that user could only see Mailbox 3. Clicked "preview as admin" and saw everything. Real security permissions, not a demo.

Then I added a workflow. When a deal moves from signed to paid, email the admins. Connected Gmail, tested it, got the email in my inbox. Another minute of work. No Zapier. No third-party tools. It's all built in.

This is what separates Softr from the Lovables of the world. Lovable builds you a website. Softr builds you an application: database, user groups, data restrictions, onboarding flows, workflows, authentication. All in one place.

I'm genuinely considering moving my sponsorship tracker over. If that tells you anything.

P.S. The user groups and data restrictions alone are worth exploring. Role-based permissions without touching a line of code or a Supabase dashboard.
