I'm always working on a bunch of apps at once.
My newsletter, the YouTube channel, client sites, new projects — and managing all of them through Claude Code was becoming an absolute nightmare.
I'd find myself digging through a dozen different terminals just to figure out what the heck was going on. Losing chat history. Losing context. It was taking ages, and honestly? I just lost the plot.
So I built something to fix it.
It's called ARK.
ARK is basically a command centre for Claude Code. Instead of terminal-hopping, everything lives in one place — your projects, your agents, your chat history, your live previews. All of it.
And no, it's not burning through a separate API. It's just running terminals on your machine. ARK is a smarter way to look at what Claude Code is already doing.
Here's what I'm actually using it for every day:
The Crew — all your Claude Code agents in one view. You can talk to them directly, pop them open in tabs, or just let them cook while you work on something else.
Resume Chat — no more lost conversations. ARK reads your folders and your existing Claude Code chats and pulls them all in automatically. Just click Resume and you're straight back in.
It also does live previews of what your agents are building, localhost for full applications, task workflows, and a Scan Chats function that looks through your history and figures out what needs doing next. Plenty more to come.
I've been using it to manage everything — my channel, my portfolio, client work, new builds — and it's genuinely changed how I work.
You can check out the video I made on it here: https://youtu.be/ZU5qNQmZnX0
How to get it:
I'm giving ARK away completely free inside the Skool community, with license keys, so you can actually install it and use it yourself.

P.S. If you're building with Claude Code and want to actually stay in flow state instead of managing chaos, this is for you.
