Anyone can build a prototype now. You, me, your nan.

I one-shotted my SaaS (scripti.ai), felt like a genius for a day… then it just kept breaking. Every time I connected the pieces, something fell over.

That's the bit nobody tells you: one-shotting gets you a demo, not a product. Crossing that gap is what an actual AI engineer knows how to do. And right now those jobs pay good money (plus jonb security… kinda?).

So I mapped the whole thing; 5 levels, "start here" to "paid job" (or “paid product”):

Fundamentals → Models → Context → Agents → Production

Each one has a trap that makes your app look done when it isn't. I break all five down here:
